Absolutely nothing. Period. The end. Free consultations are just that. Free. So call me on anything. If it’s not an area is the law I focus on, I’ll do my very best to get you to someone who does focus on that area. I’m here to help people. That’s how I define my practice.
Should I trust my insurance company?
Your insurance company, or any insurance company, has a primary duty to their stockholders. That means they have to make a profit. Enough said.
If the insurance company is fair on my property damage will they be fair on my medical case?
In my experience, no. The cost of fixing or replacing a car is fairly easy to define. But there is no NADA or Kelly Blue Book to value what a car wreck takes from you personally! If you have to work in pain, or can’t pick your child or grandchild because it hurts too much, there is no “book value” for that. It’s worth what a jury says it’s worth. And that’s what I do. I try cases to juries.
Why do people hire lawyers instead of doing their car wreck themselves?
People hire person injury lawyers like me for several reasons. First, they don’t want to get taken advantage of by some billion dollar insurance company. But also, I provide a service. It’s a pain in the butt to gather all the medical bills and records and deal with some insurance adjuster who wants to pay you bottom dollar for your case. I deal with that. That’s my job. And I’m good at it!
What happens if I lose my case?
If you get nothing for your case, then I get nothing! Our boats are rowing in the same direction. So I don’t make a habit of losing. But if we do, you owe me nothing. So let’s win together!
